Yes the Godox AD400 Pro is fully compatible wirelessly with all camera brands that have godox branded transmitters. You can may be able to use older model cameras with a sync cable however this cannot be guaranteed.
is this compatible with my bowens fot softbox?
no the visico 2 is not compatible with a bowens fit softbox directly. You can however purchase a godox STR004 bowens fit adapter that will covert the visico 2 to a bowens fit.
Will I be able to use this kit for family groups too?
Yes, if the group is small. Larger groups need more power
